Born and raised on the ´ROCK ´ in St. John's, NL, I've been practicing massage therapy for 25yrs! 

I use postural and orthopedic ad range of motion assessments,  to determine the most effective treatment plan for each clients individual goals. My years of experience working with surgeons, NHL teams, physios and chiros gives me a unique knowledge base to focus on rehabilitation and prevention of soft tissue injuries due to overuse injuries and trauma related injuries and so much more.

In my spare time you'll find me walking my 3 yorkies, hiking,  doing anything on the water, and volunteering.
