Being a massage therapist brings Carlisle a lot of joy and she is passionate about helping her clients heal from the inside out by relieving their tension both physically and mentally. She is fascinated by the mind-body connection and believes that massage therapy can promote balance within our whole system. Carlisle has a very intuitive massage style and uses a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and injury rehabilitation techniques to create a treatment that is tailored to each client's needs.
