Description
I am a body mechanic! For the past six years, I was a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I love learning how and why the body moves and or doesn’t move. My goal is to provide the care you need, educate along the process and provide you with homecare and external modalities to complement treatment and provide accountability. The areas I focus on are trigger points, fascia work, frictions, joint mobilization, myofascial release, PNF, Swedish techniques, and home modalities such stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy.
