Elizabeth first experienced Massage Therapy by taking a course to massage horses; seeing the benefits it provided for them inspired her to take the course for people. Lizzie strives to help her clients meet their goals whether its common desk workers issues, injuries, or dealing with every day stress & wellness. When not at the clinic she can be found outside hiking with her dogs and volunteering on a Search & Rescue team. 

Elizabeth works at both the Kanata & Almonte clinics enjoying the wide range of clients each location has to offer.
