I am a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated from Centennial College’s advanced diploma program in 2019. In addition to being an RMT I am also a personal fitness trainer with over 14 years of industry experience. I am passionate about helping people build a high quality of life in many ways including; helping correct posture, educating on the importance of stretching and exercise, aiding in recovery from injuries from sports or weightlifting, and prenatal massage.

Her technique is excellent-skilled pressure, attention to problem areas, and a genuine ability to release tension I didn't even know I was holding. The space is always clean and relaxing, and she is very professional while still being warm and personable.
