Rejoice Wellness represents the feeling of joy one feels when they are released from stress and pain, both physical and emotional, and are able to relax and express happiness throughout the physical body. My passion is showing and teaching people how their bodies were meant to feel at their best. A good balance of relaxation and work is what makes our bodies complete on all levels. I work with clients of all ages & walks of life from children to the elderly, office workers, athletes, teachers, dancers & more. I absolutely love what I do and can't wait to guide you on your wellness journey.
