Jeffrey is a registered massage therapist, with a focus in Swedish, deep tissue, sport, and trigger point massage. What he enjoys most about being a RMT is helping people get better and making a difference in their lives. Outside of work, Jeffrey love being in nature and enjoy outdoor activities like hikes, riding his bicycle and snowboarding. He has a passion for playing basketball and going to the gym. Other hobbies include collecting and reading comic books, as well as listening to music and collecting music vinyls.

Jeffrey is very patient and detail with his work. He always helps me with my aches and pain. He has good hands and good grasp on feeling for the tightness in the muscles to release them.

The experience at Rehab ARK was good. The front staff was friendly and helpful. She welcomed me and led me to the massage room to see Jeff who was my massage therapist. He spend time to understand my problem before jumping in to treatment. I can feel he spend time to work on areas that were causing me pain. After treatment, I felt more relaxed and also my range of motion improved significantly in my neck. I would recommend Rehab ARK and Jeff to anyone seeking for therapeutic massage.
