I graduated from a 2200-Hour massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works. Massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, calm the nervous system and ease the pain. I am passionate about creating a safe, relaxed treatment space to help people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.
