CranioSacral Therapy became a passion in 2006, when she was humbled in how it enhanced her practice. “It allows me to move beyond the muscle, by accessing the central nervous system, to identify and treat the hidden restrictions throughout the body.” In 2017, she added SomatoEmotional Release to her practice, to support the release of the emotional baggage we carry. “Our bodies are wonderfully complex, and they remember everything on a subconscious and cellular level. Healing from the inside out is the best gift you can give yourself.”
