My treatments are tailored to what each individual requires with an understanding that these needs can change from one treatment to the next. I utilize passive and active stretching, diaphragmatic breathing, trigger point release, and myofascial release. I’m excited to continue to learn and evolve my “art” as a massage therapist.

The clinic was founded in 2005 by Dr. Brenda Nemeth ND, whose vision was to facilitate access to a unified group of doctors and therapists, who could provide a comprehensive and efficient way to achieve and maintain health. Today, it has grown into a multi-disciplinary clinic, focused on patient-directed healing.
