Olivia is a Registered Massage Therapist who also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She adopts a patient-first approach to each treatment and utilizes an array of manual therapy techniques to help her clients work toward a pain-free life. Coming from an athletic background, Olivia has a strong interest and experience with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management. Having suffered from multiple head injuries, she understands the important role that massage therapy can play in managing headaches, stress, and chronic pain.
