She is trained in various types of massages including relaxation, therapeutic, trigger point release, deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial cupping, and more. She believes everyone of all ages can benefit from massage. Jennifer is always looking to expand her knowledge and improve her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, playing racket sports, and spending time with her family.
