Cassandra is our resident massage therapist who has been practicing massage for over 13 years. As an active person, Cassandra was drawn to massage therapy for its ability to improve body function and heal injuries. She takes pride in her work when a client can overcome something negative in their life with massage, whether it’s an injury or stress. One of Cassandra’s favourite things about the job is that every day is something new. As an avid athlete and mother of 2, Cassandra particularly enjoys working with athletes and prenatal clients, as she has seen the benefits of massage in her own
