Sports injuries are one of Candice’s interests as she used to be an avid runner, running her furthest distance of 100km, as well as starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu over this past year.Utilizing her experience with many of her own injuries, Candice understands the importance of relieving pain, increasing range of motion and strength training. Candice strongly believes in the healing benefits of massage. Candice takes great pride in assisting her clients in relieving pain and assisting them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
