Sametha has been providing Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy services since 2013 and 2012 respectively, in Quebec and Ontario. Sametha uses a hands-on approach to rehabilitate their injuries and restore function lost. She believes in augmenting her treatment with education and exercise prescription to maintain the body’s optimal function. She has extensive experience working with patients from all ages and various fitness levels. Her extensive knowledge in both Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy gives her the tools to provide excellent care in acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
