Tiara pursued Registered Massage Therapy to help patients recover from injuries, reconnect to their bodies and improve resilience and strength to prevent further injury. Tiara enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries. She has experience successfully treating all aches and pains, sports injuries, joint issues, postural dysfunction, concussions, pregnancy and post-operative care. During treatments Tiara uses several modalities including joint mobilizations, rhythmic mobilizations, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and dynamic release techniques to promote healing and relieve tension.
