Sasha is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Medix College. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, she worked as a Certified Athletic Therapist for several years where she gained an in-depth knowledge of the body and injury rehabilitation. She has also completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Sasha has a wealth of knowledge in treating musculoskeletal injuries, following post-surgical rehab plans, and creating personalized, sport-specific rehabilitation programs.
