I am dedicated to a comforting, gentle and reassuring massage approach. I strive to offer caring bodywork that deepens mind/body awareness and practice mindful soothing therapeutic touch, informed by compassion, intuition, flow and intention. Drawing on over a decade of practical experience, I have found bodywork and massage to be a source of immense relief from the effects of pain, stress, anxiety, and trauma. More than a luxury, massage therapy is a pathway into greater inner peace and calm, a healthier happier life.
