She takes a holistic approach to healing, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and restore balance. With a deep understanding of the Mind-Body-Spirit connection, Tannis empowers clients to tap into their body’s innate wisdom.

Tannis has continued to grow as a trauma-informed therapist focusing on uncovering the root causes of discomfort, creating a safe, open space for clients to heal.

Rain Wellness is Vernon’s premier Massage Therapy clinic offering a wide range of treatments from injury prevention & stress management to soft tissue rehabilitation. Our treatments are provided by RMT's & are covered under most insurance plan benefits.  

We also offer hydrotherapy (the effective & proven use of water & temperature to treat injuries, control pain, & induce deep relaxation). Water treatments can enhance blood flow to specific tissues improving circulation and cell metabolism allowing the body to release toxins & waste products which improves tissue healing & recovery.
