My first encounter with massage therapy was as a technique to manage a chronic injury sustained as a young adult. Over the years I explored several alternative health modalities including chiropractic and acupuncture. These experiences exposed an enthusiasm for learning about health and wellness and I fulfilled my appetite for knowledge through a variety of academic and practical pursuits including returning to school part time, expanding my yoga practice and focusing on living a balanced lifestyle.

The warm decor, natural elements and soft music transform the room into an oasis for truly reviving balance within the mind and body.
