Sina’s clinical interests include calming the nervous system, introducing movement to ease chronic pain, and supporting patients with posture-related tension, athletic demands, and stress-driven patterns. 

He primarily uses Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, adapting each treatment to match the patient’s goals and comfort level.
