Ashley has gained a deep understanding of the human body and has worked with various populations and conditions, such as TMJ dysfunction, headaches, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. During her final term at VCMT, she conducted a 10-treatment case study on TMJ dysfunction, and looks forward to furthering her learning in this area. Ashley integrates Swedish massage, trigger point release, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques into her treatments to promote relaxation, ease pain, improve mobility and help patients achieve their wellness goals.
