Andi's practice is rooted in a holistic, curious, and scientific approach, providing a safe space for patients to reach their goals. Andi believes that our bodies carry pain, stress, and trauma in unique ways. She uses various techniques such as breath work, deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. Andi is passionate about TMJ dysfunction, nervous system regulation, chronic pain, and headaches. She conducted a 10-treatment case study on TMJ and tension headaches in her last semester at VCMT.
