Description
Committed to lifelong learning, Sherine keeps finding avenues for furthering well-being, as she believes there’s never an end to self-discovery. To date, she is a Registered Massage Therapist, certified in personal training, fascial stretch therapy, functional range conditioning and assessment, as well as trained in Stuart McGill’s methods for pain free back and precise diagnosis. Sherine is also a certified Yoga and Kinstretch instructor. She believes it is possible for everyone to improve mental and physical health and to be functional into their senior years.
