Description
Lindsay has a deep love for East Hants. Her experience playing baseball in her youth has developed in her a lifelong curiosity of how the body works and how to increase human potential through movement. Graduating from Eastern College, Lindsay is well trained in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pain management, and deep relaxation techniques. Her skills also include; recovery and preventative care, postural dysfunction, chronic, acute and sub acute conditions.
