Originally from Terrace, BC, I ventured to the lower mainland in pursuit of professional growth and life’s adventures. My journey from high-level soccer to massage therapy was sparked by a transformative injury, fueling a deep curiosity about the body’s healing potential. With a diverse skill set encompassing Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish techniques, I tailor each session to your unique needs. Beyond the treatment room, I find joy in travel, weight training, and creating memories.
