Jocelyn practices several techniques including, but not limited to, deep tissue massage, neuro-muscular facilitation, Swedish massage, and myofascial release. In addition to her knowledge of various techniques, Jocelyn prides herself on her thorough assessment ability and open collaboration with her clients to best create effective, well-curated treatment programs to meet each individual’s needs. Jocelyn seeks to cultivate a safe and inclusive space with her clients where they can openly communicate about their comfort level, preferences, and rehabilitation process.
