Carvet utilizes Swedish, Hydrotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching, Joint Mobilization and Hot Stone massage techniques to treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Carvet has also completed Pilates Intensive Mat Work and Intensive Reformer courses with Scott Pilates Studio. Her passion and goals are to help her clients reach their optimal health by guiding their healing process and helping them prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
