Melissa is a graduate of Makami College's 3000 hour Advanced Massage Therapy program in Calgary. She has experience with athletes, motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain issues, injuries, and general relaxations. She incorporates a variety of techniques including Swedish techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and stretching. Melissa believes massage is great for rehabbing injuries, calming the nervous system, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She will customize your treatment to your needs. Her goal is keeping you moving, happy and healthy.
