Courtney is a registered massage therapist in the city of Calgary. She completed her schooling at Makami college and graduated in Advanced Clinical Massage with 3000 hours. She offers a variety of techniques and incorporates general Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, cupping and stretching/strengthening into all her treatments. She believes massage can help reduce stress while also helping you maintain a healthy body and mind.
