I have been working as an RMT for almost 7 years. Since becoming an RMT, I have expanded my knowledge in: Myofascial Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Foam Rolling, Trigger Point Techniques, Face & Jaw Treatment, and Mental Health First Aid.
