Crystal Barrett is a Registered Massage therapist who brings her experience to expand our services available to our clients and the area.  She sees a diverse range of clients including sports injuries, car accidents and office/desk related stresses on the body.  Constantly striving to improve, she is also pursuing her exercise training certification and functional movement certifications to diversify and expand her knowledge.

Summary

We are a Downtown Winnipeg multidisciplinary rehab and therapy office focused on helping our clients move better and feel better. We offer physiotherapy, chiropractic services, massage therapy, athletic therapy,  and exercise classes with a strength coach and personal trainer.

Movement is our battle cry!  It is why we started Precision Movement and Therapies.  It is what we would love to help you with!
