She is trained in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point therapy, pre/post-natal massage, and deep tissue massage. She is also certified in Metrix Repatterning which is a form of manual therapy that applies to the deeper part of the body, such as the skeletal framework(bone) and the dense fibrous tissues (fascia) associated with the internal core structures.
