Description
Jennifer's ongoing interest in health lead her to complete the Massage Therapy program at ICT Kikkawa College. She is a member of the OMTA – Ontario Massage Therapy Association. Jennifer developed a keen awareness of how body structures are interconnected and her approach to massage is to use techniques such as myofascial work and trigger point release to assess and treat not just the presenting problem or injury but the biomechanics of the body as a whole.
