Description
Derick has an extensive background in playing competitive hockey. He currently serves as team trainer for the Thamesford Trojans Jr. C Hockey Club where he uses his skills in sports-specific training and massage therapy to carry out effective warm up/cool downs; as well as, manual techniques and mobility work for the team before and after games. His philosophy is that everyone should train like an athlete. Derick is determined to continually learn and expand his skills as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist.
