Born and raised in Maple Ridge, Shawn grew up as a high level athlete in wrestling as well as water polo, due to the high physical demand became familiar with massage therapy at a young age. This fostered a passion for exercise science which later led them to compete in bodybuilding. Shawn continues to live an active lifestyle and enjoy hiking, rock climbing and weightlifting in their free time. Shawn aims to lead patients by example by living an active, healthy lifestyle while following a corrective exercise program.
