Description
My goal as your RMT is to help you get the most out of life by feeling your best through a comprehensive health and wellness approach.I enjoy using a variety of techniques in treatment to address patient concerns in a personal and thorough manner. This begins with a concise interview and assessment before each treatment. Myofacial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, low grade joint mobilizations, breath work, deep tissue and general Swedish massage are some of the techniques I use. After, I offer home care suggestions that may further assist.
