I graduated from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program in 2023 and recently completed the CMTO registration process. I integrate various general Swedish techniques, myofacial techniques and trigger point therapy into my treatment and couple of remedial exercises or self care recommendations to help improve client wellness.
