Description
Cristen provides massage treatments for expecting or new mothers as part of our Pre-post natal care program. Cristen enjoys helping patients to recover from injury by assisting in tissue healing and restoring postural balance using manual techniques. She uses massage to treat a variety of physical ailments and to promote health and well being through releasing tension and encouraging relaxation. In addition to her manual treatments, Cristen incorporates K-Taping to direct fluid, assist the body to relieve pain and aid in muscle and joint rehabilitation.
