Katerina is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She also has an Associate’s degree in Health Sciences from Langara College. Katerina has an extensive background as a former competitive dragon paddler and knows how to work with her clients to treat and relieve pain, prevent injury, and to achieve and maintain optimal function. She incorporates general Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and joint mobilization techniques in her therapy.
