He utilizes a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue releases, stretching, and joint mobilizations to meet your goals. Adam is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). As team RMT for the Coquitlam Express of the BCHL, Adam also treats hockey players and staff alongside a multidisciplinary medical team.
