Description
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998, and have a diploma in Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College. Massage Therapy has taken me to some of the more remote corners of the world when I worked on small adventure expedition ships from 2013 to 2019. Along with providing massage I was also an adventure guide, allowing me to explore my passion for wildlife and the outdoors. My husband and I love hiking and travelling. And of course all the dogs that we get to co-parent.

Summary
This is a home-based practice in Pickering. It allows for a quiet and relaxing enviroment. Easy to get to and ample parking. I started out in the sports world, but massage helps in so many different situations. From the athlete to the weekend warrior, for the aches and pains brought on by pregnancy, and for those who sit at a desk and computer. So, whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery or would just like a relaxing hour of massage, I can adapt the treatment session to best suit your needs. Massage Therapy helps keep you moving!
