Elena is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Her journey as a massage therapist started in 2007. She graduated from 3 massage schools: Ukraine, Portugal and Canada and also trained in a number of massage therapy techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep-tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger-point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Lymphatic Drainage, Dynamic Stretching, and Cupping.
