Description

I am a trauma informed Registered Massage Therapist who helps people release tension related to pain and trauma. I believe in creating a foundation of care and safety from which comfort and ease can flow. My gentle (but firm) approach to relieving tension and pain allows for the investigation of hard to resolve or chronic conditions in a way that respects your body’s limits.

My treatments blend the relaxing Swedish massage style we have all come to love with release techniques for difficult or persistent sore spots.

Summary

We are a group of trauma-informed therapists who love to work with individuals, couples, and youth who don’t necessarily “fit the mold”.  You know yourself and your body well, and want to advocate for yourself, whether it’s with medical professionals or for your mental and emotional wellbeing.  

Our holistic approach to the work we do means that we work together as a team, but also within the Langley community.  We want to provide the best counselling and wellness services for you throughout Murrayville, Langley, the Fraser Valley and across Canada.
