Description
Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist, I spent nearly 20 years killing myself behind a desk. The stress, long hours and poor body mechanics of a desk job was breaking my body, mind and spirit. I needed to do something to save myself and massage and reflexology was the answer for me! So now I spend my days spreading the word about the benefits of massage therapy and reflexology and helping the Sarnia area community unwind from their daily grind!
