Shannon has a unique perspective on the function, potential, and limitations of the human body. It is what has allowed her to effectively treat athletes at every level of performance, from the NHL, CFL, MLB, and Olympians, right through to the weekend warrior. She believes in helping patients return to optimal function as quickly and effectively as possible through a combination of soft tissue work, injury rehabilitation, mobility work, functional assessments, and patient education.
