Anthi Philippou graduated as an RMT from the Centennial College in 2008, and a certified holistic nutritionist. Anthi is trained in a number of massage techniques including Swedish massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone, aromatherapy and pregnancy massage. She uses more of a therapeutic and sports therapy approach incorporating deep tissue massage with PNF techniques. Beyond loving her profession as a massage therapist, Anthi’s passion is nutrition. She also enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, being active and enjoying the outdoors.
