I am a passionate Registered Massage Therapist and CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience in physio clinics working with advanced orthopedics and injury recoveries. I've spent years in educational roles, both mentoring other RMTs and teaching in RMT Colleges. I pride myself on providing the best care possible and treating every patient with the utmost respect. I focus on detailed assessments, rehabbing and strengthening as needed, and working toward less pain and more function in all areas we can.
