Rachel is a classically trained osteopathic manual practitioner from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and has an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.   Having begun her career in health and wellness in 2002 as a Registered Massage therapist, Rachel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over 16 years in patient care.  Her approach to treatment is unique, & geared to address the specific needs of the individual.   Rachel approaches the body as a dynamic unit, and restores alignment in a gentle manner, to allow for proper function, health and wellness.

Summary

The goal of Osteoathletic is to restore mobility and improve the overall health of our clients. We provide a variety of assessments & tests to understand the root cause of the problem in order to improve health, manage injuries and facilitate fast recovery.
