Description
As an avid runner and soccer player with occasional injuries, I grew up knowing the importance of an effective rehabilitation. Since becoming a physiotherapist, I have taken many post-graduate courses to further my learning. I am familiar with treating a wide variety of injuries. My philosophy is to involve you as the patient in your own rehabilitation as much as possible through education and exercise, which compliments my use of manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to help reduce pain and restore function as quickly as possible.
